Personalized products

Every book is printed to order from the preview you approve at checkout. Because it is made just for you, personalized books cannot be returned or exchanged.

What you approve is what prints

The on-screen preview is generated by the same system that creates the print file. Please check spelling and your dedication carefully — we print exactly what you approve.

Defects

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted or misbound, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will reprint it or refund you in full.

Photos

You confirm you have the right to use any photo you upload, and that it depicts your own child or a child whose guardian has consented.
