What we collect

To make your book we collect the child’s first name, your dedication text, an optional photo, and your shipping and payment details (payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card number).

How we use it

Only to produce, print and deliver your book, and to contact you about your order. We never sell personal data or use your child’s name or photo for marketing without your explicit permission.

Retention & deletion

Uploaded photos and generated print files are automatically deleted from our systems 60 days after delivery. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing hello@taliful.com.

Where data lives

Order data and files are stored with our hosting and storage providers. Printing is performed by our print partner, who receives only the print file and shipping address.

Your rights

You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time (PDPA/GDPR). Email hello@taliful.com.
